Brother Cliff Baugus is Senior Pastor at Amazing Grace Fellowship. He acquired a Bible doctorate from Golden Gate Seminary in California, later he moved to Texas to continue in the pastorate. He has been in the ministry almost 50 years. he is leading the organization of a day care center to open in the near future. His vision is to see a well-organized church for all ages and mentor young preachers.

He and wife, Lucinda, have been married for 26 years.
